JEFFERSON CITY, MO, July 5, 2007  --  The Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has certified EPC, Inc., one of the largest computer re-marketers and recyclers in the Midwest, for hazardous waste resource recovery.  EPC is the first certified electronics demanufacturer in the St. Louis area.
