Printer Packing Guide

Start with an empty sturdy pallet. Please make sure no nails, splinters, or sharp edges exist.

To add to the overall strength of the final pallet, add on a piece of cardboard or like material to the base.

After packing printers in boxes, either with bubble wrap or foam, place the printers on the pallet.

Make sure that each of the boxes is placed within the border of the pallet to reduce chance of damage.

Stack the printers vertically as high as three layers if need be. Remember, safety first.

Remember when wrapping with plastic wrap to start from the base of the pallet to improve stability.

The pallet shown here has both printers and duplex units (smaller boxes) wrapped and is ready to ship.
