With every recycling or data security project, EPC will send you an indemnification certificate for your records that outlines exactly what methods were used to protect your corporate data. This indemnification certifcate should be kept as proof that you took resonable measures to protect your company and clientele's private data.
Clients' Website
EPC provides a web portal for their clients to track all equipment sent to EPC for processing. From this site you can see lists of equipment received, where the equipment came from, SecureTrack reports and more. Want to integrate this information into your own business processes? All data can be exported to an Excel compatible format for easy manipulation.
SecureTrack drive wiping report
Through our Clients' Website you can see full cleansing reports on all equipment. These reports can be printed for your records and display hard drive specifications, drive cleansing method (wiping or destruction), and computer specific details. These reports can also be provided to you in printed form upon request. For more details, contact your EPC ARS sales representative.
