For when you need more control over your hosting environment.

Need a completely custom hosting environment? Have a server stored under the desk? Need off-site server redundency? EPC can help!

You can store your server in a climate controlled, technician monitored environment. Don't have a server? Not a problem. EPC can rent a server to you and help you get it configured to your specifications.

Charges

EPC wants to keep co-location billing as simple as possible. Therefore you will only be billed for 3 things:

• Rack space used
• Bandwidth used
• Server rental (if necessary)

Rack space used

EPC charges $30.00/month per rack unit (1.5" x 19"). At the moment we cannot accept non-rack mounted servers.

Bandwidth used

Base bandwidth charge is $20/month for 20 Gig of data transfer monthly.

• Add 50 Gig/mo +$10.00
• Add 100 Gig/mo +$15.00
• Add 150 Gig/mo +$20.00
• Add 200 Gig/mo +$25.00

Server Rental

Some equipment can also be rented or 12 month payoff if you need with approved credit. Equipment availablity changes from time to time, so call us for more details

Additional Information

There is $100 one-time setup fee for a co-location server. If you do more than one at one time, there’s $100 minimum + time at $50/hr for the additional boxes.

Each box will get 1 public IP minimum, more available by request. We will provide Cacti graphs for displaying bandwidth usage per machine if you use our switches, otherwise we’ll just show a gateway interface bandwidth graph.

Month to month agreements are available. All internet service customers are expected to agree to and follow EPC's Acceptible Use Policy.

We can give you escorted access to your equipment during our business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm). After-hours access and time on Saturday can be scheduled 24 hours in advance. For times longer that 30 minutes with escorted access in the server room, we will charge $50/hour, 1 hour minimum.
