While the circumstances of COVID-19 remain dynamic and uncertain, EPC is closely monitoring the evolving situation throughout the country. As one of the largest resellers of used and off-lease IT equipment in the U.S., EPC is working hard to fill the supply chain of used desktop and notebook computers that are needed for a work-from-home environment. We currently have far more demand than supply, but will continue to help as many users as possible as we support our corporate customers as well as the general public. Every desktop or notebook computer we can provide means one more person can work remotely, avoiding unnecessary exposure risks.

EPC will also continue to provide essential recycling and other IT disposition services to critical industries such as financial, medical and government entities as long as physically possible.

Please know that the health and safety of our employees remains paramount. The majority of EPC’s 475+ workforce in the U.S. are production workers that must physically be in our facilities to perform these essential jobs. We have implemented all recommendations from the CDC and other health agencies to protect our staff from exposure. These include, but are not limited to, social and work distancing strategies, proper hygiene, work sharing, and remote work whenever possible.

Our intention is to remain open and operational for as long as possible to continue our essential support of the technology supply chain, per the recommendation of many government institutions including the City of Fresno.

EPC is committed to doing whatever we can to help our communities get through this crisis. We thank our customers, vendors and especially our staff during these trying times.

Take care,

Dan Fuller
