What are your service hours during the week?
We are open from 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday, and 9-2 on Saturday. We have no Sunday hours currently.
How long will my phone repair take in general?
Most repairs can be completed in less than 1 hour.
What kinds of devices do you repair?
We repair iPhones, Android phones and iPads.
I’m not sure what’s wrong with my phone. Is there are charge to have you look at it?
Most devices can be diagnosed at the window, for devices requiring a check in there is a $45.00 Diagnostic fee that will be applied to the repair charge if a repair done.
Do you have other locations that can help me/us?
No, We only service iPhones, Android phones and iPads at our St. Charles, MO location.
Do you fix tablets?
We currently repair iPads, surface pros and various android tablets. Not all tablets can be repaired while you wait, however most are done the same day. For more details please call us at 636-443-1999 and one of our mobile techs would be happy to discuss the repair process for you device.
Do I need to make an appointment to come in or can I stop in any time?
No appointment is needed, please stop by any time during our normal business hours. 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday, and 9-2 on Saturday at our St. Charles, MO location only.
What kind of warranty is included in your service offering?
A 60-day warranty on all service. Parts carry a lifetime warranty against manufacture defects.
Does your warranty include accidental damage?
NOTE: Our warranty DOES NOT include accidental damage or water damage of any kind. If you still have questions, please ask our Phone Repair Staff about it before you submit your device for service or prior to your leaving EPC, Inc.
What is the most common repair EPC does?
Currently, the “While You Wait” Phone Screen Repair is the most common type of service provided.
If you aren’t able to repair my device, do I still have to pay?
As per the service agreement you sign when submitting your device for service of any kind, you are responsible to pay for Special order parts and $45 Diagnostic fee.
Does EPC also fix computers?

We do not currently purchase devices from customers.
