EPC’s box program is designed for small remote offices, or any entity that needs to return just a few pieces of equipment that would be very expensive to dispense a truck and person for a pickup.
The program is simple:
- Customer provides EPC with a list of equipment and locations.
- EPC sends out empty boxes with packing materials, return label and instructions to each location.
- Client’s employee follows instructions to pack up equipment and sets up a pickup/dropoff for the return.
- Items are shipped back to EPC facility and processed in accordance to the clients specific requirements.
